Located on a major tributary of the Chesapeake Bay, this high-performing, biophilic home is fully compliant with Universal Design principles while incorporating passive survivability through low-energy, bioclimatic design that includes both net-zero solar and fully potable on-site water harvest. As a measure of its broad ecological profile, the project achieved Platinum certification under the LEED For Homes program.  This project also represents Patrick’s initial foray into design-build.
